MATERIALS

   Quality materials and construction skills produce quality products. Please review our standard materials  and available options. Manufactures websites are provided where available so you can review the manufactures products and technical specifications. 

Dock and Deck Materials

   We use all quality .20 pressure treated lumber for everything not in contact with the ground. Optionally, we offer quality composite decking and railing components from several manufacturers. All fasteners are  hot dipped galvanized or optional stainless steel depending on your preference. We hand drive all deck fasteners for quality and strength. 

Composite Decking

   We are an authorized installer for Trex. They are a great wood alternative! It does not splinter or warp. And since it is made from composite it does not rot when installed properly! There are many great colors and products to choose from. From decking, railing, to even fencing and landscape edging! You may visit their website at www.trex.com.  

Boat House Materials 

   Your entire boat house, to include double band, rafters, beams, stringers and fascia are all done in .20 pressure treated lumber. For the roof sheeting  we use 1/2 inch C-D grade plywood or greater depending on the design. Tongue and Grove and other options are available. Architectural shingles or Galvalume^�  metal roofing materials of customer color choice are utilized. Hot dipped galvanized or optional stainless steel fasteners are used throughout. 

Boat Lifts and Racks

   We use quality boat hoists and cradles from Florida manufactures. Boat cradles are all  built to fit your specific boat or personal watercraft. Cradles are offered in either steel or aluminum. Galvanized or optional stainless steel cables are used to provide long service life and a secure 4 point lift. We also install boat lifts with manual, electric, or hydraulic systems.

Docks and Docking Systems

   A number of dock solutions are available from standard wooden construction to the newer composite materials. We have Polyethylene Systems, Floating Systems like EZ Dock, with the new EZ Port drive-on floating dock for your personal water craft. In addition we have lots of accessories like swim platforms, ladders, dock boxes, benches and just about anything you want for your new dock. Ask for a brochure.

Sea and Retaining Walls

   We use all .40 pressure treated lumber for all ground contact construction. Posts are placed every four feet. Tie backs are placed on every post to ensure durability and long life for the seawall. Hot dipped galvanized hardware is used throughout. We also have sheet pile vinyl systems available from Shoreguard.
