Carlini Inc. was founded by Louis Carlini, a lifelong Florida resident who began working in marine construction in 1997.
Growing up in Lake Placid, Florida, Louis was around water from an early age. Lakes, boats, docks, and lift systems weren’t unfamiliar territory — they were part of everyday life. That early connection turned into a career built on hands-on experience and decades of industry knowledge.
Over the years, Louis has worked across every phase of marine construction from structural dock systems to lift installations and waterfront functionality. That depth of experience matters.
