Decades on the Water
Carlini Inc. was founded by Louis Carlini, who began working in marine construction in 1997.
Raised in Lake Placid, Florida, Louis grew up around water. Lakes, boats, docks, and lift systems were part of everyday life long before they became a career. That early familiarity developed into a hands-on understanding of how waterfront properties function — and how they fail when not built or maintained correctly.
Over the last two decades, Louis has worked across every phase of marine construction, gaining deep knowledge of structural systems, lift configurations, electrical integration, and long-term waterfront durability.
Carlini Inc. was created to focus specifically on lift systems and dock functionality, installation, service, and maintenance done with precision and long-term performance in mind.
